Adding an edit here because the owner thinks replying with lies is going to make them look better. Hey Owner - the flowers were garbage when they were delivered to me, look at the photos I provided, don't try to blame the temperature in my house, lol wow. Also, not everyone speaks up when they get garbage service - I did, because I ordered and paid the money myself. It's highly likely that someone who received flowers as a gift is not going to call you and tell you that you sent them garbage. I placed an order through 800Flowers on Thursday for a Friday delivery of a white rose arrangement, costing $150 including delivery. The flowers were intended for a memorial on Saturday. Unfortunately, the arrangement arrived late Friday afternoon and was far from what I had expected. Although the roses were meant to be white, they were discolored and appeared brown and wilted, likely due to poor care or handling. I understand that flowers can sometimes vary in appearance, but the condition of these roses was unacceptable. They should never have been sent out in this state. The flowers looks great and pretty when they delivered it! I actually made a mistake on my online order but when i contacted the shop they are so kind and understanding to help me out💜. Also, they keep me posted of my order. Will surely order next time!!!

I received flowers and chocolates For my birthday. First of all, they were not even delivered on the day they were supposed to be delivered. Half of the roses were dead within 48 hours of arrival. Several of my chocolates were melted. When I called them, they told me they could do nothing for me and told me to call 1-800 Flowers. They are not even associated with them so they had no idea why I called them. Glamour flowers takes no responsibility for the quality of the product. And they had the audacity to refer me to an unassociated party.

I placed and order through Teleflora for some flowers to be delivered to my boyfriend yesterday and I was worried because I have never ordered flowers before. I got a call and Glamour Flowers was my florist and they were checking in to make sure if it was a gated community and if I could call them into the gate, which I did without an issue. I was driving when they called so I actually had to call back to verify the name of the shop, they were very kind and repeated it back to me. The flowers came later in the afternoon the day I set for them to be delivered which was perfect. They got to their destination safe and sound and they are beautiful! Thank you so much for making my first experience with a floral delivery so easy and perfect.
